Mixture of feelings LOL...

This week I read my friend’s blog about Facebook and communication. He came to the conclusion that it actually makes us passive and will close his account soon
That made me thinks: could I? And more importantly, did I want to?
Apart from being an addict, I enjoy Facebook. I enjoy not always having to be active to know what happens in the lives of people I know and love. For me, it’s a time factor.
Having lived in a small country, I’ve had to leave behind considerate amount of friends and family I truly love. I have to say I am still glad that I have some contact with a lot of them, and I know that when it’s time to meet up, I can just click on their Facebook and make arrangements. That is what happened when I reached college. With some, I have regular message exchange, and sometimes I am lucky to catch them online at the same time and have a chat.
I used to have pen pals when I was younger. After a while the contact would become less frequent and mostly die. But then once in a while it would start up again, and I was glad that the contact wasn’t lost forever. My friend from class III with whom I still have contact with is used to not hearing from me for a while, sometimes even years. But the strength of friendship is such that you can pick it back up again; even without being in touch for a while, that’s known as the true friendship.

I also enjoy clicking on links to blogs and articles mostly of a professional kind. It’s quick and easy to access, so another plus point for saving time.

It seems like time comes with a balance. If you start neglecting one area of yourself, another area will start to crumble too. The fight to find and maintain this balance seems to be the most important struggle in life. You have balance when you have time for the things you like and the things that are necessary but not always fun. Of course, sometimes those areas can overlap.

My point is that our priority change with the different things life throws at you. It takes a while to find that balance again.
These days, I am not feeling comfortable with my life. Uneasiness always left behind in my heart. Day after tomorrow is the class picnic and I don’t have any excitement to go and enjoy with friends, instead I just feel like sleeping and lead a lonely life. Currently, I am missing my parents a lot, they are my true lover. I know myself that I am from a poor background; however I also know that we enjoy the very happy and prosperous life. I don’t remember a single harsh word thrown to me by my dad and mom… Instead they love me enormously, support me emotionally, financially and physically. They toil and sweat for my education and I realized that it’s a wrong time for me to enjoy the luxurious life or search for the better half and hang around with them. My parents toil for a penny to earn and I cannot fly it on air. Instead, I have to work hard and become a wise lady. That is my dream. I want to pay back all the funds that my parents spent during my education…
I love you my dad and mom… You two are the best of all… bless me always…
Your daughter always loves both of you…

Fearless mE...

Hey! I was pissed and sad just now... I was really depressed. I know I shouldn't be, and now I am fine! I need to thank a few of my friends Yangzom, Kencho and Karma! You guys definitely made me feel better!
Do you know, I can’t control my anger… I know I am a short tempered lady and my philosophy is to stand on my own position and not being bullied by a man. I hate men who bullies women and I have to deal accordingly to those horned human :P…

              Fearless me!!!

I've selected words after trip to Zela.

I've selected words of the year before. I've never stuck with them. It seems impossible to identify one word for the entire year. Life is too transient for that sort of exercise, to my mind. For a couple of days last week I did think about it some and came up with 'Commit', 'Stronger'. Both words that could be applied to multiple areas of my life. I want to keep doing, start doing and stop doing. I like this idea. It is more concrete, more doable, holds more accountability. So here is my list of things I want to start doing.

  1. Stretching daily.
  2. Establish a regular devotional time(praying daily and proastrating 108 times daily)
  3. Waking up by 5:50 am.
  4. Increase expectations from my parents.
  5. Establish a cleaning routine.
  6. Reduce my anger( I will be doing an action research on it)
  7. No punching with boys.
  8. Blogging once a week...
  9. facebooking an hour daily.
  10. Maintaing notes.
  11. Sleep on time.
  12. I don't wanna hurt any one in my life.
  13. Avoide eating junks.
  14. Keep a daily record, including the days activities, money spent, what was for dinner, weather, exercise and college activities.

Yes, it's a long list. But a completely doable list. My plan is to let the last item on the list hold me accountable for the others.

Life is beautiful... :)
The only thing I really want to stop doing is eating oily stuffs. That is a big one and will take a lot of effort on my part.
hehe...:)

Trip to Zela.

Hello again, long lost friends! I cannot believe that I have neglected my poor, little blog for almost a week long! I do have some excuses, though, actually I am doing a research, which keeps me busy all the times.

Rest came on Saturday, so, we took a trip to ZELA, which is 3500m above the sea level. To be frank we had a challenging walk towards mountains. It’s being summer today, we experience hotness in the valley… However Zela remains chilling cold in summer as well. It was so amazing to be together with my class mates, in such a magnificent setting. The places were breathtaking truly.
It was dawn in the morning. We woke up and prepared pack lunch. Crescent sun rays stroked on the valley, the birds were already creeping in the early green valley of Paro. At that very time we left our Paro valley and headed towards mountains. We really had a challenging trips because there was a bright sunshine...Finally we reached our destination, This palace sits on a very beautiful slope of the mountains in the historic center. It was built in the 15th century. As soon as we reached Zela, we experienced a chilling cold wind dashing our face. T he surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. We rested for a while and the monks living there served us with the tea, zau and the snacks. After, finished having tea and snacks. We entered inside the lhakhangs(Temple), we offered butter lamp, prostrated ...and listened to the story and significant of the temple and description of statues given by the monks.
I know you will fall in love with Zela when you arrive. The area where the temple stand was gorgeous. Rolling hills and beautiful wild flower surrounding it. The monks living there were very welcoming.
After that we had our lunch with friends and had a photo session in a group and headed down to valley. Which I carried sadness in my heart, because I was already in love with that place :(
When I stepped into my room it was exactly 7 pm to 10 minutes.
Completely exhausted, did washing, got into my bed and I cannot be selfish. so, I am blogging now lol. So, that you can visit it later... We enjoyed our visit of the palace truly.
The temple was beautiful and the area around was even more.

Below are a few random pictures of the. Enjoy.

LifE musT gO oN...

Hello (: I'm suppose to go to bed now. HAHA! But let me do some blogging first...

woke up early this morning. Around 7 am, Yangzom and I headed off to college by 8:23 am. We stopped for a second on the way coz, I am notified that I forgot to bring the pass port size photograph, because we knew that third and second period were off; so, we decided to utilized this time by making VISA card. We reach school. After that we had an hour long session and we were freed. We decided to go bank and make the visa card. Ewww! no photo, felt lazy to come to the room and get it. Hehe oh! An idea strike my head, I had a photo in my account card. Ahhh!! M relieved… what I did was I just took out the photo from my account card hehe… and we headed towards the town and made VISA… LUCKY ME LOL… :D
On our way there… We took pictures. We snap snap snap snap ROFL, I will share with you some of the photos that we sapped today. You know, till lunch we hanged around taking pictures, going to toilet, eating, exploring the new ideas, chatting and did lot more LOL. Actually, being with friends are so fun xD…however nothing is permanent, everybody has their own life to live with right? No one can stay right here with you forever. As time pass, things changes. Nobody would like it when things changes. Honestly, I bet majority of them hate it. But our life must go on. Nobody knows what will happen next right? So be amaze with our future. Well, appreciate every single second of your life :)
